Features:
· Mainly used for crimping upper in the production of boots.
· Adopts hydraulic and pneumatic driving system that utilizes heat and pressure to crimp the upper into the required curved shape.
· Pressure, heating temperature and crimping time can be adjusted based on the thickness and the type of the leather in order to obtain the optimal crimping result.
· The heating temperature of the left and right positioning plates can be regulated independently to adapt to the nature of specific material.
· The stroke regulators of the crimping plates are installed outside, making it easy to adjust the stroke of the crimping plates for different materials accordingly.
· The positioning and crimping plates can be customized in demand.
· LC-90N comes with plates for middle and short boots.
