This liquid silicone batching machine is classified as silicone raw material dosing, metering and raw material handling equipment.

It is mainly used for accurately proportioning liquid silicone rubber, curing agents and thinners, completely replacing traditional manual weighing, mixing and other labor‑intensive processes.

Equipped with a PLC‑based intelligent control system, the operation is simple:

just input the required formula parameters and dispensing volume on the touch screen, and the machine will automatically perform metering, proportioning and feeding, achieving precise, stable and efficient silicone dispensing.

The Jinyu Machinery's liquid silicone rubber dosing and batching machine is featured as follows:

1. Machine Structure

The main frame is welded with square steel profiles, ensuring high structural stability and reliability.

Sheet metal parts are integrally processed by laser cutting and bending.

The surface is finished with paint coating, providing both anti‑rust protection and an attractive appearance.

2. Silicone Supply System

Adopts a pneumatic pressure plate feeding structure for stable material supply.

Equipped with a servo motor for quantitative control, ensuring high dispensing accuracy and fast response.

Dispensing speed: approximately 500 g/min.

3. Curing Agent / Thinner Supply System

Uses self‑priming high‑precision metering pumps.

Driven by stepper motors for high metering accuracy.

Dispensing accuracy: ±0.01 g.

Dispensing speed: approximately 200 g/min.

4. Vacuum System

Equipped with a rotary vane silent vacuum pump (model XD‑400).

Drive motor power: 4 kW.

Vacuum pumping capacity: up to 200 m³/h, enabling fast vacuuming to effectively remove bubbles from the material.

5. Electrical Control & Intelligent Functions

Control system: PLC + HMI (human‑machine interface) for intuitive and easy operation.

Core functions include:

Intelligent calculation of dispensing volume;

Digital real‑time monitoring of dispensing status;

Programmable automatic dispensing, weighing, emptying and degassing cycles.
