Manufacturing Process

The colorful molds adopt advanced integrated manufacturing processes, with strict control from design to forming. Firstly, high-precision 3D modeling software is used for structural design to ensure precise dimensions and reasonable structure, meeting the forming requirements of different products. High-quality high-strength mold steel is selected as the material, which undergoes vacuum quenching and tempering treatment to improve hardness and wear resistance, ensuring the service life of the mold. The processing links integrate CNC milling, EDM (electrical discharge machining), and precision grinding to finely process key parts such as cavities and cores, with surface roughness controlled below Ra0.2 to ensure smooth and flawless surfaces of formed products. Finally, professional surface treatment technologies such as electroplating and spraying are applied to endow the mold with a colorful appearance while enhancing corrosion resistance.

Molding Time

The molding time depends on the mold's complexity and product specifications. For conventional simple molds, the molding cycle is approximately 7-10 working days; medium-complexity molds take 15-20 working days; and complex precision molds require 25-35 working days. With efficient production processes and a professional team, we strive to shorten the molding time without compromising quality.

Delivery Time

Upon order confirmation and receipt of the advance payment, production will be arranged immediately. Delivery time for simple molds is the molding time plus 3-5 working days for quality inspection, packaging, and transportation; medium molds require molding time plus 5-7 working days; complex molds need molding time plus 7-10 working days. Specific delivery times can be adjusted through negotiation according to customer needs.

Quality Assurance

We strictly control quality, and each mold undergoes three full inspections before delivery, including dimensional accuracy testing, surface quality inspection, and mold testing verification. This ensures that the mold accuracy error is less than 0.01mm, and the qualified rate of trial-molded products exceeds 99%. If customers encounter quality issues during use, they can contact us at any time. We will respond within 24 hours, provide solutions within 48 hours, and arrange professional technicians for on-site service if necessary, ensuring no worries for our customers.
