A PVC molding machine, also called a hot and cold pressing molding machine or an integrated drip molding molding machine, is a specialized piece of equipment for soft PVC drip molding processes. It primarily produces 3D double-sided PVC products, relying on hot pressing curing combined with water cooling to press two drip molding molds together into a complete, three-dimensional soft PVC product.

> Process Link: Dispensing machine → Pre-baking in oven → Hot pressing, curing, cold pressing, and water cooling → Mold opening and part removal
1. Hot pressing station: Upper and lower heating plates, multiple heating tubes, PID temperature control, completing mold closing and PVC vulcanization and bonding
2. Cold pressing station: Water-circulating cooling plate, rapid cooling and shaping, preventing product deformation and excessive burrs
3. Power unit: Mainstream is a **pneumatic-hydraulic booster cylinder (different from ordinary cylinders), stable pressure, uniform pressing, and good edge trimming effect
4. Mold entry and exit mechanism: Cylinder pushes and pulls the mold entry and exit station, dual-station alternating operation
5. Control system: PLC + touch screen, storing multiple process formulas, temperature, pressure, and time adjustable
6. Cooling system: Circulating water cooling / Air-cooled with a drip tray to remove heat from the mold.
7. High-end model: Equipped with a baking chamber and automatic mold opening mechanism, eliminating the need for manual mold prying, reducing labor costs, and the all-in-one machine saves factory space.
Differences between the two models:
1. Separate mold closing machine: Independent mold closing machine with an external drip molding oven; suitable for large-scale production and flexible integration with multiple dispensing machines.
2. Integrated baking and mold closing machine: Oven + hot press + cold press integrated into one unit, small footprint, single-person operation, suitable for small to medium-scale production, with automatic mold opening, eliminating the need for manual mold prying.
