Here is the refined workflow, focusing on the high-pressure molding stage.

1. The Batching & Preparation Phase
Before the liquid silicone reaches the dripping machine or the mold, it must be chemically balanced. This is a multi-component "recipe":
Base LSR (Part A & B): The structural foundation.
Curing Agent (Catalyst): Initiates the "cross-linking" process. Too much causes the silicone to harden too fast (clogging needles); too little results in a "sticky" label.
Thinner (Silicone Oil): Adjusts the viscosity. For fine 3D dripping, the silicone must flow easily through CNC needles without air gaps.
Color Paste: High-concentration pigments mixed at specific weight ratios (e.g., 2%–5%) to ensure color consistency across thousands of stickers.
Technical Note: All these components are processed in the Vacuum Batching Machine to ensure the chemical reaction is uniform and the mixture is "degassed" (bubble-free).

2. CNC Automatic Dripping Machine
This machine handles the aesthetic/color portion of the 3D label.
Layering: It uses the CNC program to drip thin layers of colored silicone into the aluminum or copper mold.
Precision: It allows you to create multi-color logos where each color is clearly separated.
Pre-Curing: Often, after the dripping machine fills the fine details, the mold is briefly heated to "set" the colors before the final 3D backing is added.
3. 30-Ton Hydraulic Molding Machine
This is the vulcanizing/forming stage where the 3D sticker gets its structural strength and final shape.
Clamping Force: The 30-ton pressure is ideal for labels. It ensures that the liquid silicone is forced into every corner of the mold and bonds perfectly to any fabric backing (if you are doing heat-transfer labels).
High-Heat Vulcanization: The machine typically operates between 150°C and 180°C. The heat triggers the chemical cross-linking of the silicone, turning it from a liquid/gel into a durable, flexible solid.
Efficiency: Using a 30-ton press allows for larger mold plates, meaning you can produce dozens of labels in a single "press" cycle.
Automatic Ejection & Slide-Table: Most 30-ton machines for labels feature a sliding worktable. While one mold is under the high-pressure press, the operator can prepare the next mold or remove finished stickers from the previous cycle.
The Role of CNC Molds in the Press
The 30-ton pressure works in tandem with your mold material:
Aluminum Molds: Rapid heat transfer allows the press to cycle faster. The 30-ton force is distributed evenly across the aluminum plate to prevent warping.
Copper Molds: Better for "fine-line" 3D stickers where the press needs to force the thick, pigmented silicone into hair-thin channels.
