Usage Steps:

  1. Cleaning: Wipe the cable or wire end with anhydrous ethanol and let it dry completely.
  2. Cap Selection: Choose the appropriate size based on the cable diameter and the end cap's shrinkage ratio.
  3. Capping: Slide the end cap over the cable end. If used with a heat shrink tube, overlap the end cap with the tube to ensure waterproofing.
  4. Heating: Use a heat gun to move uniformly from the closed end to the open end of the cap, ensuring the cap shrinks evenly.
  5. Seal Inspection: Stop heating once hot-melt adhesive seeps out from the open end.
  6. Cooling: Wait for the end cap to cool down completely before proceeding with subsequent operations.
