Film Sintering Machine

1. Equipment Overview

This machine is used for manufacturing various models of film sintering wire. Our sintering machine series includes High Efficiency Sintering Machine, Sintering Machine for Magnetic Materials, Uniform Sintering Sintering Machine and Mesh Belt Sintering Machine 500-2000mm Belt Width to meet diversified industrial sintering demands. This machine is controlled by servo motor, each tapping head driven by servo motor, the host is controlled through touch screen and PLC. As a typical High Efficiency Sintering Machine, this equipment has many advantages, such as: high production speed, easy operation, the production range, large adjustment range, and low failure rate.

2. Process flow

Centering pay off - gross viscosity locator - straightener - cleaner - concentric film taping head 1 - concentric film taping head 2 - pneumatic main traction - high frequency induction heating - high temperature resistant silicone rubber roller1- radiation furnace 1-high temperature resistant silicone rubber roller 2 - radiation furnace 2-high temperature resistant silicone rubber roller 3 - water cooling - drying device - pneumatic auxiliary traction - meter counting - online voltage withstand monitoring - centering take-up. Adopting dual-radiation furnace heating structure, the equipment realizes stable and balanced heating performance, which makes it function as a qualified Uniform Sintering Sintering Machine with uniform temperature and consistent sintering quality. Besides, it can be upgraded and customized into Sintering Machine for Magnetic Materials specially for magnetic material sintering production.

3. Production range

1) Bare wire parameter

Conductor width:3～20mm

Conductor Thickness: 1～10mm

Single-section: 3～100mm²

Round wire diameter: 1~8mm

2) Both polyimide film and polyimide film composite membrane are suitable

Insulation thickness 0.025 ~ 0.13mm, band width: 10 to 30mm. Both single film pad and film tray are suitable.

3) Insulation layers: 2 layers( or only single layer)

4) The way for wrapping: seamless wrapping, overlap wrapping.
