2. Key Features

Structure: Composed of outer ring, inner ring, double-row cylindrical rollers, and double-spacer cage; some models come with double-sided seals/dust covers.

Rollers: Diameter 5-25mm, length-to-diameter ratio 1.1-2.2, hardness HRC 60-64, surface roughness Ra ≤ 0.08μm.

Precision: Regular grades P0/P6, precision models up to P5; radial clearance adjustable by working conditions (Class C2-C4).

3. Core Manufacturing Processes

Rollers: Bearing steel (SUJ2) undergoes cold heading → quenching → centerless grinding → superfinishing, with cylindricity ≤ 0.002mm.

Rings: Forging → turning → heat treatment → synchronous grinding of double raceways, with raceway parallelism ≤ 0.003mm.

Assembly: Double-row roller sorting → synchronous needle installation in cage → clearance inspection to ensure uniform force on both rows.

4. Usage Method

Installation: Inner ring hot-fitted (80-110℃), outer ring cold-pressed into bearing housing; fit tolerances: journal m6, housing bore H7. Single-row force bearing is prohibited.

Lubrication: Open-type models filled with extreme-pressure lithium-based grease (1/2-2/3 of internal space), re-greased every 1500-3000 hours; sealed models have longer maintenance-free periods.

5. Application Scope

Covers wind turbine spindles, rolling mill work rolls, large motor rotors, crane drums, etc., suitable for heavy machinery and precision equipment requiring heavy load and high rigidity.

6. Precautions

Axial loads are prohibited; use with thrust bearings if needed. Ensure uniform contact between double-row rollers and raceways during installation.

Install protective covers in dusty environments; regularly check cage integrity to avoid roller skew and jamming.

7. Packaging and Transportation

Individual Packaging: Rigid plastic box + anti-rust paper; Bulk Packaging: Corrugated boxes with EPE foam partitions, each ≤ 25kg.

Avoid stacking over 2 layers during transportation; store in dry warehouses with 12-month shelf life. Check anti-rust conditions every 6 months.
