The equipment’s roller arrangement and pressure transmission structure are upgraded based on the mature design of Medium Plate Roller Leveller, with thickened alloy leveling rollers and reinforced bearing structure, which can withstand high-load pressing operations and ensure uniform stress on the entire surface of thick and high-hardness steel plates. In integrated automated production workshops, this high-strength steel straightener can perfectly cooperate with Medium Plate Flattening Machine to form a collaborative leveling unit, realizing one-time stress elimination and flatness correction for batch steel plates, greatly improving production continuity and consistency. Equipped with a full hydraulic real-time compensation system and PLC intelligent touch control system, the machine can automatically match roller gaps and pressing force according to different steel grades, plate thicknesses and tensile strengths. It supports storage of multiple sets of processing parameters, avoiding repeated debugging and human errors. After precise correction, the flatness of high-strength steel plates is effectively controlled, the internal stress is completely released, and the dimensional stability of subsequent welding, assembly and finishing processes is significantly improved.
