Single-row deep groove ball bearings with dust covers are derivatives of standard single-row deep groove ball bearings by adding a metal dust cover between the inner and outer rings (common models are marked ZZ type). Its structure is based on the traditional four components of "outer ring + inner ring + steel ball + cage", and adds 1-2 stamped metal dust covers (mostly made of steel plates). The dust cover is fixed on the outer ring (or inner ring) of the bearing through buckles or interference fit, forming a small gap (usually 0.1-0.3mm) with the other ring.
