GSKJ Semi-Transparent PET Self-closing Sleeve, Harness Classification & Error Prevention

Multi-system harnesses in industrial production lines and power distribution cabinets are often messy, leading to an 8% wiring error rate, time-consuming rework and short-circuit safety hazards. PET Self Closing Wrap for Harness adopts a semi-transparent weave + multi-color customization solution to enable rapid harness classification and identification, reducing misconnection risks from the source.

This Halogen Free Braided Wrap is made of high-purity eco-friendly polyester, certified to RoHS halogen-free and EN45545-2 railway fire protection, withstanding -50℃ to 150℃. Compared with Nylon Self closed Cable Sleeve, it features unique semi-transparent properties, clearly showing internal wire numbers and insulation conditions, and supports mass production in black, white, red and orange colors, corresponding to power, signal, control and high-voltage systems respectively.

The Self Closing Braided Wrap features a memory open design for one-hand wrapping without tape; the Self Closing Cable Wrap wraps tightly without loosening and has passed ISO6722 testing with ≥500 friction cycles under 7N load; the Self Closing Wire Wrap fits all harness sizes from 1mm to 100mm, simultaneously wrapping multiple wires of different diameters for flexible routing.
