CR2C3-25NICR is a premium-grade nickel-chromium (Ni-Cr) alloy engineered for exceptional performance in high-temperature, corrosive, and demanding industrial environments. Its balanced composition delivers an optimal combination of oxidation resistance, high-temperature strength, and fabrication versatility.

Maintains excellent mechanical properties and creep resistance at temperatures up to 1100°C (2012°F), ensuring long-term structural integrity in furnace applications.

The high chromium content forms a stable, protective oxide layer, offering superior resistance against scaling, sulfur-bearing atmospheres, and many corrosive media.

Performs reliably in cyclic heating and cooling conditions, with good resistance to carburization and nitriding, extending service life in chemical processing.

Can be readily machined, formed, and welded using standard techniques for nickel-chromium alloys, allowing for complex component manufacturing and repairs.
