WC-21Cr3C2-6Ni 20-53um Thermal spray powder is generally best using High Velocity Oxygen Fuel (HVOF) spray, also as the HVOF powder. Choose higher carbide content for higher hardness and resistance to fretting, abrasion and particle erosion. For turbine components: air seals, baffle dampers, nozzle supports, valve seats, struts. For hot crushing rolls, forming dies, forging tools. the thermal spray coating can service up to 750°C.
