We provide high-pressure die casting (HPDC) manufacturing of complex housings, including motor housings, gearbox housings, structural components, etc. Using aluminum alloy materials such as ADC12 and A380, combined with five-axis CNC finishing, we achieve IT6 precision for bearing holes and a flatness of 0.05mm for key surfaces. We can provide post-treatments such as sandblasting, anodizing, and impregnation, as well as 100% coordinate measuring machine inspection, to meet the high-reliability application requirements of automotive, aerospace, industrial equipment and other fields.

Manufacturing Process: HPDC – High Pressure Die Casting,

• The mold is made of H13/8407 hot work die steel

• Clamping force can reach 800–2000T, depending on the size of the shell

• One-time forming of overall complex structures, reinforcing ribs, deep cavities, mounting posts, etc.

• Internal runners/cavities are formed by core pulling and sliding blocks

2. Subsequent precision machining (CNC Machining)

Post-CNC machining is performed on key dimensions, including:

• Bearing Seat

• Datum Surfaces

• Threaded hole tapping

• Precision milling of flange surfaces

• Sealing groove milling

Processing machines: vertical machining centers, horizontal machining centers, 5-axis machine tools

3. Surface Finishing: Can be selected according to industry needs:

• Shot Blasting / Blasting

• Anodizing

• Powder Coating

• Impregnation —— to prevent leakage caused by air holes in aluminum die castings (commonly used in power systems)
