CTC Transposition Wire Production Line

1. Introduction

The continuous transposed conductor (CTC) machine is used to produce continuous transposed conductors for use in power transformer windings.  

The Continuous Transposition Conductor (CTC) machine can achieve small side curves of flat conductors through precise mechanical actions of the transposition device, converting and repeating each other; Then combine the insulation paper with the insulation paper, and finally remove it.

2. Characteristic

The diameter of the cage is 3.2 meters, with 12 coils per cage. The main motor of the cage is driven by a servo motor (55KW), which improves the problem of weight loss and ensures the accuracy of the displacement pitch. The cage brake is also braked by a servo motor, greatly improving the maintenance and brake pad dust pollution caused by mechanical pneumatic brakes on the wires.
