15HP Industrial Frequency Screw Air Compressor

This 15HP fixed speed screw air compressor is a best-selling model for auto repair stores and small & medium-sized workshops. Featuring solid durability, stable operation and low daily maintenance cost, it perfectly meets conventional air supply demands of most industrial workshops.

With a rated power of 11KW, this compressor delivers a steady air displacement of 1.8m³/min under the standard working pressure of 0.8MPa. The working pressure can be adjusted freely from 0.8MPa to 1.2MPa to fit different pneumatic equipment. Adopting mature star-delta starting technology, it produces low starting current and avoids impact damage to workshop power circuits. Compatible with standard 380V industrial power supply, it features simple wiring and fits most old workshop power systems well.

Equipped with a high-precision screw airend, the machine provides stable air output without fluctuation and runs stably even under long-term full-load operation. It adopts an enhanced air cooling system to keep oil temperature within a reasonable range, effectively preventing overheat shutdown in hot summer. Built with an intelligent control panel, it displays real-time operating data clearly. Complete protection functions including phase loss, overload, over-temperature and over-pressure enable automatic emergency shutdown for machine safety.

Thanks to its compact integrated structure, the compressor occupies little floor space and requires no dedicated compressor room. It can be placed directly on flat workshop ground. Routine maintenance is easy to operate with widely available universal spare parts. It only needs regular maintenance every 2000 working hours, greatly cutting later operation costs.

VFD version is only suggested for sites with volatile air demand and discontinuous operation.

Q3: What size cable and circuit breaker are required for installation?

A: The rated working current is about 24A. A 63A industrial breaker and 6mm² standard copper cable are recommended. Independent power line is required, do not share power with welding machines or other high-power equipment to prevent tripping.
