Sand & Gravel Aggregate Production Line

The reconstruction of crushed stone processing added 1 set of PC1416 Hammer Crusher and 2 sets of YAH1536 Vibrating Screen, with an annual output of 500,000 tons of crushed stone.

 

The project was reconstructed within the original land use area: the original workshops were renovated and closed production workshops were built. A crushed stone processing production line with an annual output of 1 million tons (1 washed material production line, 1 dry material production line), a manufactured sand production line with an annual output of 500,000 tons and a calcium powder production line with an annual output of 50,000 tons were constructed. New equipment including Jaw Crusher, Box Crusher, Feeder, Vibrating Screen, Spiral Sand Washer, Dewatering Screen, Mud Press and Material Conveyor Belt was purchased and installed.
