Project Description：

Produce aggregates (12, 13 sizes) and 0.5mm manufactured sand.

Project Overview:

• Capacity: 1,500 tons per hour

• Product Requirements: 12mm, 13mm aggregates, and manufactured sand ≤5mm

On-site Case:

Large stone blocks enter the feeder from this point, which then uniformly and continuously feeds them into the heavy hammer crusher for primary crushing.

After primary crushing, the stone is sent to screening equipment. Materials that meet the required particle shape are conveyed to the finished product stockpile, while those that do not are fed into the hammer crusher for secondary crushing.

This quarry is equipped with multiple screening machines to classify sand and stone, enabling the production of various aggregate specifications. It is also paired with a dual-rotor sand making machine to produce manufactured sand according to market demand.
