Higsoft®-HK30 is a hydrolyzed silk ingredient composed mainly of amino acids and low-molecular-weight proteins. With a relative molecular weight of 500–2000 Da, it provides moisturizing and conditioning benefits for hair care formulations and helps improve hair texture and combability.
Its hydrolyzed silk peptides provide moisturizing benefits while helping improve hair shine, texture and combability.
In hair care formulations, HK30 can be used in shampoos, conditioners, perming products and hair color formulations. Its water solubility and compatibility with anionic and amphoteric detergent systems also make it suitable for clear formulations.
Recommended use level: 0.50–5.0%. HK30 is suitable for hair care formulations requiring moisturizing, conditioning and improved combability.
