ZDa15 Electro-hydraulic Control Valve

 

Our ZDa15 series electro-hydraulic integrated directional control valve is an intelligent control core specifically designed for small and medium-flow hydraulic systems.  It features a dual-link design with electromagnetic pilot and hydraulic drive, offering faster response and more precise control compared to ordinary hydraulic valves.

 

The valve body is made of high-strength alloy material and integrally cast, providing improved sealing performance and effectively reducing the risk of leakage under high-pressure conditions. It supports parallel oil circuits and power override functions, and allows for flexible combination of 1-7 valve sections, with options for spring return or ball detent modes. The valve incorporates an adjustable relief valve and an anti-backflow check valve, ensuring both system pressure regulation and safety protection. It is suitable for remote electronic control operation in applications without a compressed air source, while also retaining a manual emergency function.  Widely used in agricultural and forestry machinery, small construction machinery, sanitation equipment, and other intelligent applications, the valve undergoes rigorous high-pressure and durability cycle testing, providing efficient and stable factory-grade hydraulic control solutions for equipment.
