Performance characteristics
1. Cardboard laminates with corrugated or cardboard laminates with cardboard.
2. Automatic detect of top and bottom paper, automatic servo correction technology. Make the top paper automatically track and fit the bottom paper, and the accuracy is high.

7. Two sets free-cleaning pressure roller (160mm in diameter) are not afraid to dip glue and reduce the workload.
8. Main wallboard updates to 25mm thickness, more run more steady.
9. Use a circulating glue system to reduce glue loss and stabilize glue adhesion effect.
10. One -click adjustment of the whole machine (just enter the paper size).
11. Total 8 servos. Video monitoring.

BRANCH INTRODUCTION:
1. BOTTOM SHEET FEEDING

Use servo motor controlling system, with Japan NITTA suction belt and big air blower to ensure smooth feeding of 2ply, 3ply, 4ply, 5ply and cardboard. The air split valve of the fan is controlled by a servo motor. When controlling the air volume, it is more accurate to ensure the stability and smoothness of the sheet running.

3. TOP SHEET FEEDING MECHANISM

Equip with high speed shaftless feeder, together with Becker vacuum pump. The front and rear of feeder are controlled by the motor. After input paper size, it will be automatically positioned. Both paper lifting and forwarding sucker can freely adjust to ensure that whether thick or thin paper can be delivered rapidly and smoothly.
And overlap feeding is possible.
4. ELECTRICAL SYSTEM

Mainly uses Siemens electric system to ensure machine stability, high efficiency and low failure. Using man-machine interface and PLC combination, display all the information on the screen. Order memory function, one -click to transfer the previous order, convenient and fast.
5. GLUE ROLLER AND PRESSING ROLLER

The design of large stainless steel anilox roller (160mm in diameter) is stable and high-efficiency, coat evenly and save glue. Two sets free-cleaning pressure roller (150mm in diameter) are not afraid to dip glue and reduce the workload.
The coating amount is controlled by servo motor, more convenient and accurate.
6.PRE-STACK PART

2. The dual -use lifting platform, we can use the pre-stacker structure to push the pre -pile of paper into the platform.
3. We can also push the stack of paper directly into the platform. And the platform can be adjusted around the actual situation of the paper stack.
4. The second floor platform can move left and right automatically.
7. AUTOMATIC LUBRICATION SYSTEM

Automatic lubrication pump for all main bearing ensure machine strong endurance even under heavy duty working condition. Extend the bearing service life.
8.Widening Synchronous belt and synchronous wheel

Gates synchronous belt together with NSK or SKF bearing as main transmission is adopted to ensure stability. When change bottom sheet thickness, the rollers pressure can be controlled by servo motor quickly. Meanwhile, machine also equips handle with mechanical encoder.
9.Board thickness measure system

Adopt a high -precision thickness measurement device with servo motor. All roller pressure will be adjusted automatically.
10. LEAD EDGE FEEDING SYSTEM AND VIDEO MONITORING

If you need not belt system. Then lead edge feeding is possible. It ensure thick corrugated board like 5 or 7 layers run smoothly even under very curing condition. And video monitoring system can check the machine running condition. It can keep the machine save working.
