Use:

This machine is a multi-functional, intelligent edge-folding machine suitable for footwear, bags, wallets, mobile phone cases, notebooks, etc. It can be used with various materials such as PVC, PV, genuine leather, artificial leather, and fabric.

Features:

1. This machine is fully functional, featuring automatic gluing, variable speed, counting, light adjustment, slow speed adjustment for outer and inner curves, cutting adjustment for outer and inner curves, linear speed adjustment, glue reversal, glue replenishment, and automatic start.

2. The machine uses a CPU temperature control system for accurate and effective temperature control.

3. The machine's counting and glue dispensing work indicator lights are synchronized, making counting more accurate and intuitive.

4. The machine panel has a light adjustment function with 15 settings, allowing the operator to adjust the lighting according to material requirements.

5. The machine has an automatic edge folding function; simply turn on the automatic variable speed function light to use it.

6. The machine uses a numerical control system, allowing the operator to select three different feeding speeds (fast, medium, and slow) for outer curves, linear sections, and inner curves based on the material shape, enabling better control and resulting in more standardized and faster production.

7. The machine has 3 selectable points for inner curve cutting, allowing for more precise cutting based on the size of the inner curve, resulting in a more perfect finished product.

8. The machine has 3 slow-speed starting points for outer curve light control, allowing the operator to select the appropriate light control point based on the size of the outer curve, making operation easier and resulting in more standardized and aesthetically pleasing materials.

9. The machine has three adjustable glue volume settings: outer curve glue volume, linear glue volume, and inner curve glue volume.  The operator can select the appropriate glue volume based on material requirements, resulting in more even and non-deformed materials.

10. The machine's glue reversal and replenishment functions can be set numerically based on the operator's feeding speed.  For glue reversal settings: after pressing the glue reversal setting key, the number displayed for outer curve glue volume is the reversal amount, and the number displayed for linear glue volume is the replenishment amount. The glue volume for reversal and replenishment can be adjusted according to the material requirements. After adjusting to the desired value, press the glue reversal/replenishment key again to return to the normal glue volume operation interface.
