Use:

This machine is suitable for applying hot-melt adhesive and folding edges on footwear, handbags, wallets, mobile phone cases, and other leather products made of PVC, PU, genuine leather, artificial leather, and fabric materials.

Features:

1. This machine is a combination of an automatic electronic gluing and upper folding machine.  Leather passes through the machine, automatically receiving glue and being folded simultaneously, eliminating the manual gluing process and improving efficiency.

2. Used for various folding operations on pre-glued leather products, including shoe upper folding, insole wrapping, and reverse edge folding.

3. Features an automatic tooth cutting function.

4. The new folding device ensures uniform folding width, adjustable from 3-8 millimeters.

5. Uses a stepper motor for feeding, allowing for easy adjustment of straight and curved speeds.  Curved speeds can be selected for small, medium, and large arcs. Inner curve tooth cutting also offers small, medium, and large arc options.

6. Straight line glue volume, curved glue volume, and glue output size are freely adjustable.  Features added light brightness adjustment, glue replenishment, and glue reversal functions.

7. Improved pressure guide device for easy adjustment and use.

8. Mechanical operation replaces manual operation, increasing efficiency by 4-8 times.

9. This machine is dual-purpose; shoe upper folding and insole wrapping can be selected according to customer needs.
