Step 4: Double deburring and precision chamfering of the thread tip, plug port, slot edge, and inner wall of the flow channel by manual and machine methods, removing sharp iron chips, improving smoothness, preventing scratches on the sealing ring and pipeline, and optimizing the smoothness of the flow channel.
Step 5: The industrial ultrasonic cleaning removes the stains of oil, dust and metal debris from the surface and then performs a complete inspection of the dimensions, through the slot, appearance and channel smoothing with clamps, slot manometers and shape and position tolerance testers.
