175 Take-up Machine – Key Technical Points
The Spool Take-up Shaft
The main shaft is forged and quenched using 42CrMo material to ensure strength and toughness. Key transmission parts adopt imported bearings from NSK/FAG/SKF. The spool is fixed by shaft-penetrating type. The front take-up shaft is pneumatically expanding, with end-face strong magnetic adsorption and cylinder clamping. Polyurethane protection and buffering are applied at the spool mounting position.
Main Bearing Housing
Made of HT250 ductile iron with normalizing treatment, ensuring high strength, hardness and wear resistance. The bearing seat is equipped with oil filling holes connected to an oil nozzle on the gearbox side, enabling online lubrication.
Wire Traverse System
Controlled by a servo motor, adopting synchronous belt drive and proximity switch for direction reversal. Precision ball screw and ball nut assembly ensure smooth and unobstructed wire traversing.
Motor and Power Consumption
Main machine: 3 kW, Hengda + Delta servo motor (YE4VP-100L2-4-B3 + ECMA-C20604RS).
