Rewinding Machine

Working Principle

The rewinding machine is a piece of equipment used to rewind semi-finished or finished wire, cable, strip, or film from one spool to another, with functions of straightening, tension control, length counting, defect trimming, and rewinding to a specified dimension.

The material is unwound from the pay-off spool at a stable speed.

It passes through a tension control system, straightening device, and length counter.

The main drive shaft drives the take-up spool to rewind the material neatly.

The traverse system ensures even arrangement of the material layer by layer.

It can realize fixed-length cutting, joint removal, and spool changing during operation.
