Thanks to the high-speed cutting action of the upper blade—driven in conjunction with the lower blade—any flash can be easily and completely trimmed away without damaging the product body, thereby enhancing product quality. The machine is equipped with a water reservoir to cool the blades and reduce friction-induced heat, as well as an integrated sharpening device for maintaining the upper blade.
