Q1: Is white PA6 nylon sheet safe for food-contact in food-processing machinery application?

A: Our extruded white PA6 Nylon Sheet is made of 100% pure PA6 raw material and conforms to the common food machinery usage standard. The standard pure PA6 sheet is non-toxic and odorless and is suitable for use in the manufacture of conveyor components, spacer plates and wear liners for food processing equipment. Note: anti-static and GF glass fibre modified grades are not suitable for direct food contact.

Q2: What temperature range can extruded PA6 sheet withstand under continuous working conditions?

A: Normal nylon 6 sheet can be used stably in the temperature range of -20℃ to 80℃ for a long time. Short-time instant high temperature (up to 120℃) is allowed. GF reinforced PA6 nylon plate has better heat resistance at slightly elevated ambient temperature, and ultra-thin 0.5–1.5mm PA6 sheet roll is recommended for normal room-temperature processing environment to avoid thermal deformation.
