Product Overview
An E-flute corrugated mailer box: the folding carton that subscription brands, clothing labels and jewellery sellers use when the shipping box is part of the product. E-flute is a fine flute, so the box prints cleanly and folds to crisp edges, unlike the coarse B and C flutes used on plain shipping cartons.
It ships flat, assembles in seconds without tape or glue, and holds its shape well enough to go through a courier network. Inside and outside printing both available, so the unboxing starts the moment the lid comes off.

E-Flute and Why It Matters Here
Flute size controls two things: cushioning and print surface. Coarse flutes (A, C) cushion better but show the flute ridges through the print. E-flute is fine enough to take a clean printed image while still giving the box real rigidity.
That is why E-flute is the standard for mailer boxes. If you need to ship something fragile, E-flute alone is not enough cushioning - that is a job for a corrugated shipping carton with internal protection.
