BLF647P is a 200 W wideband LDMOS RF power transistor produced by Ampleon (formerly NXP). Its operating frequency range covers HF to 1500 MHz, mainly designed for high-power RF applications including broadcast transmission, industrial, scientific and medical (ISM) fields.
