This dual-station hot-cold combined molding machine performs hot pressing to form products and cold pressing to finalize shapes. It is professionally developed for processing PVC 3D stereo figures, double-sided dispensing accessories, key chains and zipper sliders.

The equipment boasts compact structure, low energy consumption, reliable performance and convenient maintenance. With intelligent PLC control system, it delivers high temperature accuracy and constant pressure. The built-in booster cylinder realizes excellent mold matching, effectively preventing material leakage and creating slim parting lines.

The work surface adopts electroplating anti-rust treatment for long-term use and easy cleaning. The standard water circulation cooling system shortens cooling cycle and greatly reduces product deformation. It is a widely applied mold-closing machine for PVC production.
