Appearance Features 1. Connector Housing: P1 J1939 9Pin female connector features a matte black high-strength PVC housing with integrated square positioning lugs, smooth surface without deformation, scratches, bubbles, flow marks or injection defects, no sharp edges or burrs.
2. Cable & Jacket: Flexible black PVC outer jacket for both cable branches, with excellent abrasion resistance, oil resistance and bending fatigue performance. The cable surface is smooth, burr-free, and resistant to aging and environmental stress.
3. Split Design: 2-way split termination with fully overmolded strain relief at the junction, no exposed wires, loose connections or wiring errors. DC connector has a smooth nickel-plated barrel for easy, stable insertion and extraction. Bare wire end has neatly stripped conductors with clear color coding, no broken wires, fraying or exposed copper burrs.
4. Markings: Heat-shrink tubing with printed wire identification labels, all pin positions clearly marked on the connector housing for easy installation and testing.
5. Workmanship: All terminals are precision crimped firmly, no loose pins, misalignment, rust, peeling or damage. All components are manufactured to strict dimensional tolerances.
