Product Overview

Bide TPU floor covering is a high-performance, PVC-free thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU) elastic flooring sheet specially developed for interior floor finishing of metro, light rail, and EMU passenger cars. It is designed to replace traditional PVC and rubber floor cloth, offering superior durability, environmental friendliness, and passenger comfort.

• Easy to Clean & Chemical Resistant​ — Resists common detergents, oils, and graffiti; smooth surface allows quick maintenance with standard rail cleaning agents.

• Lightweight & Elastic​ — Lower density than traditional rubber flooring reduces vehicle weight; TPU elasticity improves sound damping and walking comfort.

• Good Adhesion & Workability​ — Compatible with solvent-free polyurethane adhesives for full-surface bonding to aluminum or sandwich floor panels; can be heat-welded or cold-bonded at seams.
