Material Advantages of Yudelboard

Yudelboard is rigid PIR (Polyisocyanurate) steam foamed foam board, covered with 80μm embossed aluminum foil on both sides.

PIR features stable hexagonal molecular structure compared with chain-structured polyurethane.

Integral one-step foaming process: Raw materials foam together with double-sided aluminum foil, superior to conventional glued foam boards in peel strength, service life and environmental performance.

80μm aluminum foil avoids particulate falling off caused by aging to prevent air pollution. Superior tensile & bending performance than common 30~40μm aluminum foil, satisfying 30-year vehicle service life with nearly 20 years of field application in railway industry.

Lightweight: 10mm duct reduces about 50% weight vs aluminum duct with identical size.
Excellent Sound Insulation: Embossed aluminum foil blocks and disperses noise, sound insulation up to 14dB.
Anti-condensation: Ultra-low thermal conductivity(0.022~0.024W/(m·K)), no condensation under 20℃ temperature difference & 70%RH; no extra thermal insulation needed.
Eco-friendly Performance: Assembled with special adhesive and sealed by aluminum foil tape; strict TVOC & formaldehyde control for all raw materials complying with ISO12219-2 & TB/T3139.

Easy Fabrication: Peel strength 0.28N/mm; aluminum foil keeps intact after bending. Flexible to make curved duct parts, less glue consumption and lower labor cost.
