All raw materials are fresh leaves picked from century-old arbor ancient tea trees in the primitive forest of Menghua Daxue Mountain. No blending, no inferior fillers, no terrace tea mixed in. Ancient trees root deep into mountain rock layers, absorbing minerals and forest organic matter from multi-layer soil. After hundreds of years of natural growth, the buds and leaves are plump and tender, with higher contents of tea polyphenols, amino acids and polysaccharides than ordinary garden tea. Growing wildly in symbiotic woodland without artificial bud forcing or growth intervention, the tea leaves have tight texture and authentic mountain aroma, forming premium raw material foundation for Puer fermentation, which is the core reason for its thick, sweet and multi-layer liquor. 3. Organic Cultivation: Natural organic management, cleaner and healthier

We follow natural organic planting philosophy inherited from generations of local Menghua tea farmers. Tea gardens sit deep in primitive forests far away from village pollution. From tree maintenance, spring harvest to primary processing, no pesticides, chemical fertilizers, herbicides, growth regulators or any artificial additives are applied. Tea trees grow purely on mountain rain and fertile woodland soil to fully retain the original pure quality of ancient tree tea. Harvest strictly follows the standard of one bud with two or three leaves. We select plump high-quality fresh leaves and sift out old, broken and diseased leaves to ensure every piece of fermentation material is clean, intact and premium. Premium raw materials require exquisite craftsmanship. This tea adopts the classic ancient pile fermentation technique of Puer tea. Supported by our tea factory’s years of ripe Puer fermentation experience, we precisely control temperature, humidity and fermentation duration with gentle slow fermentation. It avoids dull heavy taste from over-fermentation and green harsh notes from under-fermentation. The fermentation proceeds step by step to fully transform tea substances, removing the cold nature of raw Puer and turning it into mellow, soft tea liquor with low irritation. After fermentation, the tea undergoes long-term natural dry-warehouse aging to dispel pile odor and dry heat, settling down into pure aged aroma, honey sweetness and subtle woody mountain fragrance for silkier liquor texture. Later compression is moderately tight, maintaining neat cake shape while reserving enough space for air circulation, supporting continuous aging. It becomes mellower and more fragrant with storage.
