Material Advantages

Yudelboard is integral foamed rigid PIR panel with 80μm embossed aluminum foil on both sides. Hexagonal PIR molecular structure is more stable than polyurethane. One-step integral foaming outperforms post-bonding process in peel strength, durability and environmental performance.

80μm thick foil prevents particle shedding, meets 30-year service requirement, nearly 20 years proven rail application.
