Base Material: Hot-dip galvanized steel (HDGI) serves as the substrate; the thickness typically ranges from 0.3 mm to 1.2 mm (with 0.5–0.8 mm commonly used for commercial decorative applications), depending on load-bearing requirements. Zinc Coating Protection: The surface zinc coating typically falls within the Z140–Z275 range (140–275 g of zinc per square meter). Applied via the hot-dip galvanizing process, this uniform layer provides cathodic protection to prevent substrate corrosion, extending the service life by 5–8 years in outdoor environments. Surface Pre-treatment: To enhance coating adhesion, the substrate undergoes phosphating (forming a zinc phosphate conversion coating) or chromate passivation, ensuring the paint finish remains durable and resistant to peeling. Texture and Color Layer Bulgari Grey Coloration: High-definition inkjet printing technology is used to print the grey-black marble pattern—mimicking the veining and speckling of natural Bulgari Grey stone—directly onto the base coat surface. A blend of inorganic pigments and pearlescent powder ensures color uniformity and weather resistance. 3D Textured Finish: An embossing roller is used to impress a relief pattern onto the uncured paint film.
