This Multi-Interface OBDII to RJ45/USB/DB9P Automotive Diagnostic Harness 1500mm is a comprehensive multi-signal transmission wire specially developed for integrated vehicle detection workstations. Different from single-port extension wires on the market, this product integrates OBD main interface, dual DB9 COM ports, RJ45 network port, Micro USB, DC power socket, CAN/RS485 signal terminals and audio plugs into one set of complete wiring. It adopts UL certified multi-specification stranded wires with color-coded cores, which separate power, CAN bus, analog signal, network and serial communication circuits to avoid signal interference during high-load data reading. The overall finished length is controlled at 1500±30mm, reserving sufficient operating space for bench testing; key soldering positions are wrapped with multi-layer shielding heat shrink tubes and copper foil to enhance anti-interference performance, and laser printed marking tubes are attached to each branch for quick pin identification during maintenance. Every finished product undergoes DC 500V withstand voltage, full continuity and insulation resistance inspection to eliminate hidden dangers such as open circuits, short circuits and signal attenuation.
