EQS3500/4000/5000 Full-Face Tunnel Boring Machine

This equipment is an open-type TBM system independently developed by Tian'an Company. It is designed for tunnel excavation diameters of 3500, 4000, and 5000 mm and utilizes bolt-and-mesh support. The machine features a modular design, facilitating underground assembly, disassembly, and transport. It offers a high degree of automation, requires minimal operating personnel, and ensures a safe, reliable working environment. It is suitable for projects such as coal mine gas drainage roadways (floor-level), other mining roadways, municipal pipelines, and tunnels.

The EQS3500/4000 is an intelligent machine equipped with one-touch startup and remote control capabilities. Data is transmitted to the surface via fiber optics for remote monitoring; the machine is fitted with a total station and various sensors that relay real-time data to the controller through the fiber-optic network. Data is analyzed and processed within the main PLC control cabinet; the navigation system senses the machine's attitude in real-time, automatically calculates deviations, makes appropriate adjustments, and re-plans the travel path and angle. Excavation speed and shield thrust are automatically regulated to ensure optimal operation. Machine status can be visually monitored via the navigation display in the centralized control room. The cutterhead is driven by a variable-frequency motor, ensuring low heat generation and responsive, rapid control.
