I'm really fed up with the issue of damaging the base plate. - With this Tian An vehicle, we've finally solved the long-standing problem.
Brother, after all these years in the purchasing department, you must be tired of the mundane tasks like moving the supports underground. The newly built tunnels, when vehicles pass through, the floor collapses and needs to be repaired later. The system of dragging steel cables, just looking at it makes me nervous. If it breaks and flies out, it's no joke. The production pressure is high, and the people down there keep complaining every day. We are caught in the middle and suffer the consequences on both sides.
Later, I tried Tian An's battery-powered crawler-type stacker transporter. To be honest, this vehicle really solved several long-standing problems. It doesn't use fuel; it's purely electric. When running underground, there's no smoke, and it's not afraid of poorly ventilated areas. The most important thing is that it doesn't damage the road. The crawler is wider than the usual ones, and the pressure is not as severe when it's pushed down. Previously, I had to replace the bottom plate several times a month. Now, it's sufficient to do it once every half a year. The saved effort is enough to do many other tasks.
This vehicle not only can carry supports, but also coal mine roadway repair machines, breaking and loading excavators - all these things, it can also be pulled along. For large items like TBM and Shield Transport Vehicles, when they encounter narrow areas or rough roads where other vehicles cannot enter, it can still smoothly and stably transport them in, without having to dismantle and reassemble, which is very convenient.
Several important points:
Remote control operation. One person standing at a distance can handle the movements (moving forward, backward, turning). There's no need for several people to stand around the vehicle and keep an eye on it. It's much safer.
Fast charging. While having a meal or taking a break, just plug in the fast charger. In an hour or so, you can complete another shift without any delay.
The tracks have a large contact area,so even when running on soft ground,it won't sink. After covering the road,it's still in good condition. There's no need to add anything at the back.
To be honest with you:
Before handing over the shift every day,use a water hose to rinse the tracks. Mud sticking to them can cause jams. Rinsing them will enable them to last longer and you'll also reduce the number of maintenance requests.
When installing the brackets, align the ear plates properly before pressing them down. Pressing them in a crooked manner can easily damage the hydraulic lock. Take two minutes to align them properly, and you'll save a lot of time later.
Anyway, after using it,I feel this vehicle is quite reliable. It's not flimsy. You can start working with it right away. As a purchaser,we just want something reliable and with fewer issues. This vehicle works fine.
