Use:
This machine is used for the automatic gluing and wrapping of strips around the midsole of leather shoes.
Features:
1. Features a touch-screen control panel with digital display of glue melting temperature, glue flow rate, and glue dispensing temperature; glue dispensing is adjustable.
2. The length of the binding strip is set according to the length of the insole perimeter; the required binding strip length is automatically fed and cut.
3. Binding strip speed is freely adjustable, and the motor automatically positions itself upon stopping.
4. Newly added pneumatic cutting function reduces wear and tear on the scissors, resulting in higher work efficiency; it is twice as fast as the previous electric cutting method.
