Use:

Based on our extensive experience in manufacturing professional leather folding machines, and in response to market demands, this machine is a new type of equipment developed by our company specifically for leather products such as wallets, purses, handbags, and laptop bags.

Features:

1. This machine is suitable for zipper widths of #3, #5, #7, and other sizes.

2. It features a touch-screen control panel with digital display of adhesive melting temperature, adhesive flow rate, and adhesive dispensing temperature; the adhesive output is adjustable.

3.  Main functions include automatic feeding, automatic gluing, and automatic zipper wrapping, all completed in one process; the gluing is stable, uniform, and smooth, without adhesive breakage or dripping, resulting in a full and smooth product appearance.

4. The zipper wrapping speed is freely adjustable, and it features an automatic positioning function with a servo electronic motor.

5. Two different models are available to meet different market needs: one without a zipper puller for automatic zipper wrapping, and another that automatically wraps the zipper with the puller attached. This model automatically slows down when encountering curves.

6. The internal structure of the machine has been completely updated and optimized, resulting in double the efficiency compared to previous models.
