Use:

Based on our extensive experience in manufacturing professional leather folding machines, and in response to market demands, this machine is a new type of equipment developed by our company specifically for leather products such as wallets, purses, handbags, and laptop bags.

Features:

1. Suitable for zippers of sizes #3, #5, #7, and #8.

2. Digital display of glue melting temperature, glue flow rate, and glue dispensing temperature; glue dispensing is adjustable. Furthermore, the glue volume can be set separately for curved and straight sections, resulting in a more aesthetically pleasing appearance.

3. The zipper wrapping speed is freely adjustable, and it features an automatic positioning function with a servo motor.

4. This machine can be set to the required length of zipper tape, with automatic sensing and cutting.  Alternatively, the zipper tape can be cut at the desired position using a foot pedal.

5. The main functions include automatic feeding, automatic gluing, automatic zipper wrapping, and automatic zipper cutting, all completed in one process.  It also boasts advantages such as even, stable, and smooth glue dispensing, without glue breakage or dripping, resulting in smooth, full, and aesthetically pleasing products.
