Use:

This machine is a zipper-attaching machine developed by our company based on years of practical experience in professional leather edge folding. It is suitable for attaching zippers to a wide range of products, such as notebooks, wallets, fashion bags, cosmetic bags, purses, and single or double-zippered leather goods.

Features:

1. This machine is suitable for zippers of sizes #3, #5, #7, and #8.

2. This machine adopts a new pneumatic layout, achieving automatic sensing when attaching the zipper puller to the zipper tape.  The sensing is precise, the movement is smooth, and the requirements for the zipper fabric are reduced, allowing for universal use with both A and B tapes without adjustment.

3. This machine uses a single-chip microcomputer control system, combining low-voltage current and new mechanical technology. This allows the zipper head and puller to pass through together during the zipper attachment process, making the entire operation intelligent and reducing tedious work processes, thereby improving product quality and output. The working efficiency is 6-8 times that of manual operation.

4. The machine has two working modes: "automatic mode" and "foot pedal mode." The mode can be selected based on the zipper head and puller type.

5. This machine features automatic feeding, automatic gluing, automatic positioning, automatic sensing, and automatic slow speed functions. This results in products with centered zippers, flat fabric, uniform and full rounded corners, and a beautiful, three-dimensional effect.
