Metal sheet coating is an industrial composite material formed by hot-dip galvanized steel sheet, aluminized zinc steel sheet, etc., as the substrate, and then hot-applying a polymer film after pretreatment. It is mainly used in building decoration, food packaging, electronics, and transportation. The substrate thickness ranges from 0.2-1.0mm, and the film material includes PVC, PVDF, PVF, etc., and is made by laminating multiple layers of aluminum foil or anti-corrosion film through a high-temperature hot-pressing process. This product achieves corrosion resistance, heat insulation, and flame retardancy through the aluminum foil reflective layer and anti-corrosion film. In chemical or coastal environments, its service life is 2-3 times longer than ordinary color steel sheets, and the surface temperature is reduced by about 15℃. Wood grain, stone grain, and other patterns can be printed on its surface, and it supports bending, stamping, and other processing. It meets the B1 flame retardant standard and is free of harmful substances such as bisphenol A. The production process includes graphene heating roller preheating, double-sided lamination, and multi-roller cooling, and is suitable for industrial products such as building roofs, food cans, and electrical appliance panels.
