Hydraulic Cylinder

2.1 This machine's hydraulic system is equipped with three types of cylinders totaling five units: shear cylinders (two), downward pressing material cylinders (two sets), and side pressing material cylinders (two sets). All are single-piston, double-acting cylinders.

2.2 The cylinder bodies are made of high-quality seamless steel pipes and premium forged materials, finely machined. The inner surface of the cylinder body uses a unique rolling process, which enhances the cold work hardening effect on the surface metal structure, thereby prolonging the service life of the cylinder body.

2.3 The piston guide sleeve is made of bimetallic material.

2.4 The piston rod is made of high-quality forged material and undergoes surface induction hardening, with a hard layer depth of up to 3mm. The cylinder uses an extra-long guide design. These design and manufacturing measures effectively ensure that the cylinder can operate reliably for a long period.

2.5 All moving parts of the cylinders use U-shaped combination seals made of high-quality imported materials. The cylinder port U-shaped seals are designed with a flexible adjustment structure, which can effectively prevent leakage in the cylinder's motion seals.
