Preparations Before Debugging

(1) Check whether the mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical connections are loose, and tighten the mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical parts.

(2) Add lubricating oil to each lubrication point according to lubrication requirements.

(3) Fill the oil tank with strictly filtered working oil. The fill amount is generally 80% of the oil tank capacity (use YB-N46 hydraulic oil in summer and YB-N32 hydraulic oil in winter), and add priming oil to the pump return port.

(4) The operator may only begin operation after thoroughly understanding the structure, function of each part of the machine, and the hydraulic principle, and under the guidance of installers from our factory.
