Hydraulic System

1. The main oil pump uses two high-quality variable swashplate piston pumps (maximum flow 500Lx2), providing power in groups according to the machine's work logic program. This can fully adapt to the working conditions of the shear machine while effectively reducing energy consumption and lowering machine operating costs.

2. The main valves used in the hydraulic system, including integrated valve blocks and cartridge valve pilot valves, all use high-quality products from professional manufacturers.

3. The hydraulic system is equipped with an integrated valve block, assembling the valves according to their functions. This is simple and intuitive, not only simplifying the pipeline layout but also facilitating machine maintenance.

4. The hydraulic system is designed with a suction oil filtering device, which can effectively ensure the system's oil cleanliness requirements.

5. To ensure normal operation of the machine in high-temperature summer environments, the hydraulic system can also be equipped with a hydraulic oil circulation water cooling device, consisting of a plate heat exchanger, pipeline pump, cooling tower, and other components. It reduces the hydraulic oil temperature. The cooling water circulates within the system without loss or waste, keeping operating costs low.

6. All cylinders connected to the power system use thick-walled seamless steel pipes with flange connections. At moving cylinder points and areas with running vibrations near the power source, high-pressure steel braided hoses are used, effectively preventing leakage and hydraulic vibration.
