Fully automatic working process: After pressing the automatic button → the door cover cylinder drives the door cover down to the front limit of the door cover and holds pressure for 2 seconds, the forward movement of the door cover is completed → the door lock cylinder drives the lock head forward to lock the door cover so that it does not float, reaching the front limit of the door lock (there are two), the forward movement of the door lock is completed → the side pressing cylinder drives the side pushing head forward to compress and pack the material, reaching the front limit of the side cylinder and holding pressure for 3 seconds, the forward movement of the side pressing is completed → the main cylinder drives the main pressing head forward for the final compression of the material, the forward movement of the main cylinder is completed once the system set pressure is reached → the main and side cylinders release pressure and simultaneously retract, the side cylinder stops at the rear limit, once the main cylinder reaches position and the set main cylinder retraction pressure is reached, the movement stops → the door cover is pressed down and held for 3 seconds to reduce the load on the door lock, after the set time the downward movement of the door cover stops → the door lock retracts to pull out the lock pin, once in position, pressure is held for 2 seconds according to the system set pressure, then the action stops → the door cover cylinder rises to open the door cover, the movement stops when reaching the rear limit of the door cover cylinder.
