This PVC mold-closing machine is specially designed for making 3D double-sided soft PVC products such as keychains, zipper pulls, silicone covers and PVC figurines. It adopts hot pressing and cold shaping integrated technology: after liquid PVC material is dispensed and pre-baked to semi-solid state, the machine automatically closes the molds, fuses the two sides by thermal pressure, then cools down quickly to finalize the product shape, ensuring clear outlines, seamless bonding and no extra trimming needed. With hydraulic driving and automatic mold opening, it works efficiently and is widely used in PVC soft rubber accessory production.
